Shipping policy

Sticker, hair accessories,  garments and candles will ship out within 3-7 business days. We try our best to ship as quickly as possible. 

Car freshies will be shipped within 7-10 business days but always try to ship out sooner. These take time to make and there is only one person making them! These are our most popular item and we want to make sure they are perfect before they are shipped!

Free Shipping on Orders $75 or more. 

Once Order is Shipped: USPS can take anywhere from 2-5 business days in normal situations. However sometimes it can take a little longer, up to 7 to 10 days. It all depends on where you live and if there are delays within USPS or the address you provided.

Dust of Magic is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.

Pre-Orders: Please note the time that is referenced in the Pre-order post. Once we receive the items, they will be shipped out in the order they were received. 

Cancellations: There is a 2 day window were you can cancel your order.

Pre-ordered items can not be cancelled once purchased.
